Modelled Pods...

This became the basic shape of the exterior of the pod. It can be seen that the pod will sit on the beam so that it runs through the centre of the pod. This then creates room for a suspended ceiling in which to conceal services.

This is the other elevation. Window placement was to enable as much light into the pods as possible and reduces the feeling of claustrophobia.

This is the basic interior of the pods.

From here I began to model the pods to become more detailed, they included headlights on the front of the pods.

And also included a full interior fit out of hand rails, seating rails, seats, lights, airconditioning, emergceny buttons and a place for a map. It is expected that the doors will be automatic within this system as each pod will stop at every station to reduce congestion.
